    Collision Director

It was 14 years ago that Drey started his career with MBW Luxury Collision, and we are incredibly lucky to have his leadership. He got his start with us at 19 years old washing cars, which led to detailing, parts, estimating, and to his present position as our fearless manager. Drey does a fantastic job overseeing the restoration of your car to its pre-accident condition. One of his specialties is handling large repairs as he is drawn to the extensive planning and coordination involved. A person who is always willing to help customers and his team, Drey is essential to the success of MBW Luxury Collision. When he isn’t coordinating everything for us, he enjoys spending time fishing or riding his motorcycle. (122)

For the past three years, the team at MBW Luxury Collision has had the pleasure of getting to know Jackson. His fascination with cars started around age 11 and continues to this day. “Anything and everything, cars,” he says with a smile. His mechanical background served him well as, prior to joining us, he worked as an assembly technician. When Jackson became interested in the office side of the business, estimating the cost of repairs for your vehicle was an excellent fit. Jackson appreciates the customer contact involved and focuses on delivering top-notch customer service. In his spare time, Jackson fixes cars, bikes and races his 2012 Mazdaspeed 3 at the drag strip. Sam became an integral part of our team two years ago. He started as a valet at MB Cincinnati and really got a feel for how a dealership operates, especially seeing how service advisors do their jobs. As a technician at MBW Luxury Collision, Sam works on everything from replacing rear bodies to fixing doors to changing out bumpers. He likes working on front-end hits as they require a more dynamic approach and aren’t as cut and dry as other repairs. Sam’s energetic disposition and eagerness to learn is an asset to our team. Outside of work, Sam takes on various remodeling projects at home. When he isn’t repairing cars or renovating something at the house, Sam challenges himself with trap shooting. (123)

It was a year ago when Jaxon joined the team at MBW Luxury Collision as an apprentice. For Jaxon, who loves understanding the intricacies of how things break down and come together, he is in his element. As a kid, Jaxon worked on repairing cars with his father, and he fondly recalls the replacement of a timing belt that took hours, deep into a school night. His early experiences paved the way for how he approaches his work today, with patience and care. Jaxon considers himself an independent, free-thinking individual, and an enthusiastic sports fan. He played soccer for years and is still drawn to competition of any kind. When he is not at work, you might find Jaxon battling it out on the pickleball court. (126)
